Together with Impact Factory and AR-TUR we created ToC 3.1 (theory of change).
The Impact Factory is a hub for the circular economy in Mechelen. We do Threefold Farming to contribute to the roll-out of the Threefold Grid and to leverage digital and data sovereignty to co-design business models for the circular economy.
Together with AR-TUR we explored the opportunities of a renewed digital infrastructure and shared services in neighborhoods to enrich the quality of life for residents.

Co-Inpetto Farm set-ups
With the project Co-Inpetto Farm we co-design Threefold Farming set-ups as a learning opportunity. For each set-up we co-design a business model aligned with the common goals of the members for the specific set-up. Learn here more about Co-Inpetto Farm and about the set-ups that are running. Our DAO learning journey
With Co-Inpetto Farm we do Threefold Farming. Threefold Farmers contribute to the rollout of the Threefold Grid. The Threefold Grid is a DePin (decentralized physical infrastructure) project. A DePin is typically governed by DAOs, here is a link to a paper about DePIN.
With Co-Inpetto Farm, we create Threefold Farming set-ups with members. We distribute tokens as agreed upon by members of the set-up. We are working on a DAO to support information sharing, communication, automatization of transaction agreements, and coordination. Members of Co-Inpetto Farm apply learnings in their own projects.
